Local pickup: In-stock items are usually ready within 24 hours. Made-to-order items are ready within 3–7 business days, and we will email you when your order is ready.
Returns: Return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo and we will make it right, including return shipping. Custom and final-sale items are not returnable.
